we would build meanings of the world with our surroundings
- - in UPM i have organized my schemata and try to adapt what lecturers have taught me into teaching students in the classroom. after INTIM i have learned new things as i assimilate my current experience with past knowledge and try to accommodate the new schemata into my class hence forth.

note to self: i must not bore my audience.

learning = a change in behavior.
- - any lessons that i directly and indirectly taught my students will hopefully bring a change of behavior. (seperti mendenda mereka-mereka by writing essay when they report late for prep: either they learned not to be late any more OR learn a few things from the essays they wrote) a change of behavior can be enhanced with either reward or punishment.

note to self : rewards should be given BUT must come from the heart. ikhlas~ tetapi tidak selalu. (the rewards i mean, not the sincerity)

tabula rasa = a child is like a blank slate.
- - if we imagine ourselves as the painters in class and painting 40 different paintings, then extra care would be taken to create great ART. any flaws made by the painter would be seen on the paintings for life.

note to self : must be more of a role model so the students may learn only the good qualities from me. bahaya~ bahaya~

the feeling towards the learning experience is the necessary first step in learning.
- - how the students sees the subjects learned are from their teachers. it is WE who determine whether the students will be intrigued with the lesson. what's important is the METHODS used.

i do hope that i change for the better and accept any changes (although i know i can be quite stubborn sometimes ^^)in order to be a better educator. amin~
